The incident took place on October 9 in Nefteyugansk (Russia) at the intersection of Neftyanikova and A. Filimonova streets. A 39-year-old cyclist was speeding through a pedestrian crossing at a red light and was hit by a Mitsubishi car. As a result of the accident, the cyclist was taken to the hospital in moderate condition.
