A quarrel in one of the restaurants in Makhachkala began over a woman who decided to dance in a hijab. One of the visitors, who was drinking cognac with friends in the restaurant, did not like it. The man reprimanded the woman, but her brother stood up for her.

As a result, a fight broke out, which escalated into a stabbing.
