On Friday (29) the military was called to an attempted murder, a man allegedly fired a firearm at a woman and fled the scene.

Arriving at the location, it was discovered that it was the victim's residence, where the perpetrator had invaded and shot her. At that moment, help was called and the woman was taken to medical care.

So the Military Police began the search for the shooter who was found in a brother's house in the Santa Mônica neighborhood.

The police entered the building until they heard the sound of a gunshot coming from the apartment. When they entered the building, the man was lying bleeding in the head area due to the gunshot.

Both the victim and the perpetrator remain hospitalized in serious condition at the UFU Hospital de Clínicas, the perpetrator remains with a police escort and had his arrest reversed into preventive detention.

In contact with the criminal's lawyer, he informed that Euler Vasconcelos Paiva's health status is the same since his hospitalization, sedated and intubated. He also said that Euler was under the influence of medications that greatly alter his behavior, becoming out of control.
