Morelos.- This Wednesday, information began to circulate about a confrontation between police in the state of Morelos and armed people, who were attacked even though they had already surrendered.

On January 28, elements of the state police pursued armed civilians in the Lázaro Cárdenas neighborhood of the capital of Morelos. The attack left two people dead , the state government reported in a bulletin.

However, images spread on social networks show that two people were cornered in the patio of a house, while another who was carrying a rifle managed to escape by jumping over a fence.

In the bulletin released by the government it was reported that "a Morelos police unit was attacked by armed civilians and the elements requested support because they were being attacked with firearm shots."

According to the document, “a search device by air and land was implemented to locate the suspects, since they had fled.”

In addition, he stated that they began the pursuit of a blue Cherokee truck and "led to a confrontation between the aggressors and the uniformed officers, resulting in the loss of two people who were traveling aboard the vehicle."

In the video that lasts three minutes and 43 seconds, released in the Facebook group “Alertas Temixco” by the user Mariano Zambada, it is observed how Morelos police officers shoot at a blue truck where at least two people are.

In the video, explosions and a series of screams are heard. A police officer appears all the time in the foreground, firing his long gun at the occupants of the van who shout: “That's it, that's it, buddy. There he dies.”

The recording records shots fired by people who are not seen in the frame. A voice from the police side shouts: “I'm okay, you're going to die. Kill him, kill him, to me you are already dead.”
