In a brave action, a patrolman pounced on him to subdue and disarm him, managing to seize an industrial-made pistol, whose caliber was not specified. The authorities determined that Carlos Arturo Pinzón did not have the necessary permit to carry or have firearms. The Prosecutor's Office charged him with the crimes of falsifying a personal document and illegal possession of weapons.Although the accused did not admit the charges, a restraining order was requested. Surprisingly, the guarantee control judge granted house arrest despite the background and seriousness of the events. It is relevant to note that the person under investigation, with a history of rebellion and illegal possession of firearms, is demobilized from the self-defense groups .
