An unusual case, in which a citizen was allegedly arrested for refusing to pay a transgender person for sexual services, went viral this Thursday, November 7, 2024, through a video shared on the social network X. According to the publication disseminated on X (formerly Twitter), the incident would have occurred in Guayaquil. However, this newspaper confirmed with police sources that the scene took place in the Ecuadorian Sierra.

In the recording, the transgender man can be seen yelling at the citizen, who is riding in a police patrol car , although it is not possible to distinguish whether he is doing so as an arrested person, while the police try to calm the sex worker down.

“ Look at the evidence I have, look at it. Pay me for my services,” the allegedly injured person repeated several times. She was wearing a two-piece swimsuit and had her bra down, leaving her breasts exposed.

The sex worker was holding a cell phone, on which she was playing a sexual video , which she showed to the police officers present, in which she allegedly participated along with the citizen accused of refusing to pay for the service.

A uniformed man asked the alleged sex worker to calm down while she told her apparent client that if he did not pay her, she would even go to his workplace.
