In UP's Sonbhadra, the lineman posted on contract in the Electricity Department first beat up a Dalit youth and later made him lick his slippers by spitting on them. Holding the ear of the victim youth, a meeting was also organized. The video of this incident is now viral on social media.

The victim is posted as Lineman on contract in the Electricity Department. After the video surfaced, the police have registered a case. Presently the accused is absconding.
