The impact was violent and was recorded on a security camera. The woman who was driving an Auteco King Kong motorcycle, license plate DSD-26F, collided with the side of a tractor-trailer that was leaving a parking lot on the El Bosque highway, in front of La Báscula, in San Isidro.

The accident occurred on the night of Thursday, February 16, and in videos and images the woman is seen almost embedded between the front tires and the steps that go to the driver's position.

In the recordings, a motorcyclist is observed trying to take the victim to a care center with the help of other curious people. It is not clear if she was later treated by paramedics from an ambulance. A preliminary report indicates that she suffered severe blows to the head and that her state of health is delicate.

This week there are two women who have died in traffic accidents in Cartagena. One of them is María Alejandra Palomo Herrera, who lost her life in a violent motorcycle crash at kilometer 1 of the road to Mamonal, in front of the Contecar company.

The other fatality is Dominga Salgado Chávez, 65, who was run over by a motorcycle taxi driver in the Torices neighborhood when she was on her way home, after visiting relatives who live nearby.
