Brazilian cop has many suspected drug traffickers bottled up in a dead end alley sitting on the ground, The cop has one of the detainees hold up his hand as he hits him hard with a board to the open palms. After finishing with that suspect he precedes to call out another and the process goes on with an open palm beating to both hands with a heavy board.

When the cop is finished he calls out another to get into position for a beating.
