A woman was stripped, groped and sexually assaulted by motorcyclists in Kenya after allegedly hitting one of them. Unfortunately this is quite common. Bikers in Kenya are known to even burn vehicles that knock over their reckless riders. The government tends to look the other way because bikes keep idle youth employed, and politicians use them as hired goons or for voter mobilization. So far 32 people have been arrested.
