Previously, at around 1:30 p.m. on September 14, 2025, on Pham Thai Buong Street (Phuoc Khanh Hamlet, Dai Phuoc Commune (formerly Nhon Trach), Dong Nai Province), an accident also occurred between a dump truck and a motorbike, killing two people on the motorbike.

According to residents in the communes of Nhon Trach district, where many key projects are currently under construction, there are many dump trucks carrying materials and many of them show signs of being overloaded.
