Two men identified as José Augusto Farias Sampaio, aged 38, and Rosemberg Mota dos Santos, aged 40, were killed in front of a grocery store, on Rua Itaetê, Mutirão complex, Novo Aleixo neighborhood, North zone of Manaus, on the night of this Saturday (6). A video captured the exact moment of the crime and was recorded by security cameras.

The video shows the gunman arriving at the scene while four men were talking in front of the grocery store. The victims notice the approach of the criminal who shot José Augusto in the head and then hit Rosemberg in the back.

One of the men was taken to the Hospital e Pronto Socorro Platão Araújo, and was later taken to Hospital João Lúcio, but he succumbed to his injuries.

The men's bodies were removed by the Legal Medical Institute after expertise by the Technical-Scientific Police Department (DPTC), and the case will be investigated by the Civil Police, through the Specialized Homicide and Kidnapping Police Station (DEHS).
