This is the moment two hooded thugs tried to steal a man's £1,000 Canada Goose jacket at a rail station.

The shocking ordeal took place at Elmstead Woods station in Chislehurst, Kent, on Thursday.

Footage posted on social media shows the two male thieves violently trying to rip the coat off the man in broad daylight while shocked witnesses stand and shout.

One of the thugs appears to start aggressively throwing punches at the man's head as the other holds onto the victim.
