A young man tried to prevent the subject from fleeing by hanging from the vehicle window, but the driver accelerated in reverse to leave him behind.

In the recording you can hear a woman, possibly who was behind the camera, asking someone to quickly enter a premises to take shelter.

As the driver drove away, a police officer got into his patrol car , possibly to try to catch up with him.
