A Military Police sergeant, who was off duty, killed two robbers after witnessing a robbery, near a gym in the Boa Esperança neighborhood, in Cuiabá . Security camera footage from a nearby location shows the officer shooting at the suspects.

Cameras show the moment the robbers get into the car and the woman runs out of the vehicle. Afterwards, the sergeant appears and fires at least six shots at the duo.

According to the Military Police, teams were triggered after a duo tried to steal a car from a woman. The PM reported that the sergeant would have asked the suspects to get out of the vehicle.

Afterwards, the policeman shoots at the suspects. Police reported that the suspects had a firearm that was found and seized by the teams.
