A Singapore-flagged cargo ship collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, United States, causing it to collapse.

• The container ship, the Dali, flying the Singapore flag, left Baltimore for Sri Lanka. The ship sustained significant damage, including a possible breach in the hull.
