Rogers, MN - A Rogers police SUV, a Minnesota State Patrol squad car, a tow truck and a jackknifed semi all had their lights flashing. 200 yards away, another squad car was warning drivers of the crash ahead. But all of those precautions couldn't stop a semi before it smashed into a police officer and state trooper Monday night on Interstate 94 in Rogers, Minn.
