Disturbing surveillance video shows a suspect pushing a random passerby into the street and under the wheels of a truck in downtown LA. The suspect is reportedly in custody and is said to suffer from a mental illness. The passerby luckily survived the terrifying ordeal despite suffering broken bone injuries.
