Just a crazy take down of someone seemingly surrendering...

the guy is standing there with his hands up.. the dog is released on him but seemingly does not attack him since he is just standing there with his hands up.. then the dog handler basically orders him to attack.. even though the guy is just standing there with his hands up like "take me".. at that point.. I likely would have tried to get away from the guys that may just want hurt
