Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. Delaware County authorities on Thursday, February 25, 2016,released a video of a brazen drive-by shooting in Chester that left a 29-year-old man dead.

The video shows a dark-green Dodge Caravan driving on the 400 block of West 3rd Street about 4:35 p.m. Wednesday. As it pulls up next to a black Pontiac, a person opens the van door and fires multiple shots, shattering the Pontiac's driver-side window and front windshield.

The victim drove one block before slamming into a building on the 300 block of West 3rd Street, authorities said.
