Factory CCTV capture an accident of a worker wearing a red safety vest using a hoist to move a industrial I beam at a steel plant.

When the beam is safely attached using a cable he lifts it and starts to move it when it stops. He walks up near it and suddenly the cable snaps sending the beam down on the man killing him .
