Dashcam video shows a Haddon Township police officer shoot a man in the leg during a traffic stop gone wrong. The suspect was initially pulled over for a handicap placard violation, but he attempted to flee the scene after the officer asked him to shut the car off. He then crashed the vehicle into a parked car and nearly ran over the police officer, who then pulled him out of the car. After a short altercation the officer fires one shot, striking the man in the leg. The suspect was then taken down and arrested a short time later. He survived and is now facing serious charges including eluding, hindering apprehension, aggravated assault, and unlawful possession of a weapon.
