A man of 21 years died on Saturday at the 17th annual Techno Parade in Paris. The victim fell about 15 meters from the statue of Marianne.

According to organizers, the drama took place after the end of the parade, which ended up in the Place of the Republic.

"After this beautiful day of celebration, the Techno Parade is sad. We learned as you this tragic accident that occurred just after the Techno Parade. We sympathize wholeheartedly with the family and relatives of the deceased", organizers said.

This is the first time since its creation in 1998 the someone has died at the musical gathering.
