Driver of a car and friend running after a man team up to catch him , then the the driver runs over part of the man who cannot get up. The driver then proceeds to try and finish him off after several run over with a pin against the wall all the while his friend watches from outside the car.

After having pinned the guy the driver gets out of his car and looks for something to bash the guys head in and finds? what ever it was he uses it over and over.Maybe 20+ times.

He gets back into his car and back it up a couple of feet and gets out and starts stomping the guy presumably on the throat.

Take note of the dog.It has enough of the overkill but only after the killers leave.
