Typical story:This person injured a fly with a rolled-up newspaper. She landed on the window sill and started to expel tiny larvae. Not much of a miracle - just (I'm guessing) a natural response of a dying female fly. I bet they usually prefer to lay them on top of decomposing meat or anything rotten, but in this desperate situation it evacuates the maggots without any nearby food as a desperate measure.

For those worried about animal cruelty: The person put her out of it's misery shortly after making this video.
