The vomiting of fecal matter that has been drawn into the stomach from the intestine by spasmodic contractions of the gastric muscles. Also called copremesis, stercoraceous vomiting.The contractions are usually caused by a bowel obstruction due intussusception (the tangling of the bowel or telescoping of the bowel), scar tissue or the presence of a foreign body (bullet). This is considered a medical emergency. This video is very short but I think you get the point.
