Cell phone video shows a woman being beaten and repeatedly tased by a Chester City police officer during a confrontation in the early morning hours of April 13th, 2014. The woman reportedly had been waving around a knife, although a witness claimed that she had thrown the knife away before the officer had arrived. There was no footage of how the fight began.

The woman was charged with assault and neither her nor the officer's identities have been released pending an investigation.
