Avon and Somerset police are stepping up their search for the thug who assaulted a disabled man in a wheelchair in Bristol. Video of the incident, which occurred near the BSB bar in the waterfront district, shows the moment the victim was struck with a single devastating punch. Police have now identified and spoken to the victim, but have not yet arrested the assailant. Reports on social media have suggested that the assailant may have punched the victim after the victim rolled over his foot with his wheelchair.
