Regarding the murder of a 22-year-old woman, which occurred on the morning of July 7 in Nga My Commune, Phu Binh District, at around 12:30 pm on the same day, the Dong Hy District Criminal Police Team was on duty. An inspection in Goc Thi Village, Nam Hoa Commune, discovered a subject with many suspicious signs, matching the identifying characteristics of the suspect responsible for the murder in Nga My Commune, Phu Binh District, Original Thai Province.

After that, the subject was taken to the Nam Hoa Commune Police Headquarters for investigation and clarification of his identity. Thus, the authorities identified this subject as Ha Van Ty (born in 1967, registered as permanent resident in TDP Combination, Tien Phong Ward, Pho Yen Town, Thai Nguyen Province; temporarily resident in Ken Village, Nga My Commune, Phu Binh District, Thai Nguyen Province).
