According to the New York Daily News, Officers Ryan Nielson and Autumn Soto spotted Valles and his vehicle on Interstate 30 service road in Mesquite in the early hours of April 19th. Dash cam footage caught the officers running to the burning vehicle and pulling out an unconscious Vellas.
