The general director of the Doctor Darío Contreras Traumatology Hospital , César Roque , condemned the aggression committed on the afternoon of this Sunday, November 17, in the Emergency area against the health personnel of the health center by a 28-year-old patient and his partner, both of Haitian nationality.

In a press release , Dr. Roque explained that after receiving the patient and admitting him to the triage area, he and his wife began attacking the medical and nursing staff providing services and even threatened them with a knife, which the man managed to smuggle in.

The authorities of the center notified the National Police and are actively searching for the Haitian citizens so that they can answer to justice for the crimes committed.

The note does not specify the patient 's health condition that warranted medical care.
