A 31-year-old motorcyclist was injured after a police chase ended in an accident in the early hours of Saturday (1st), in Guarulhos, in Greater São Paulo.A motorcyclist and a police officer were injured after the collision, which took place in the early hours of this Saturday (1st) in Guarulhos, in Greater São Paulo. SSP said the motorcycle had no license plate.The accident happened at the intersection of Natal de Buoni Street and the Municipal Road, in the Mikail Park area.Immediately after the crash, witnesses approach the vehicles and express shock at the scene. In the recordings, it is possible to hear phrases such as "He killed the guy, I can't believe it..." and "My God."In a statement, the Public Security Secretariat (SSP) reported that the man was taken to the Guarulhos General Hospital (HGG), where he remained hospitalized. A female military police officer was also injured as a result of the collision.According to the department, during a patrol, military police officers spotted a motorcycle without a license plate and ordered the driver to stop, but he disobeyed. The SSP (Public Security Secretariat) further stated that during the escape, the motorcyclist lost control and collided with a police vehicle, causing damage to both vehicles.In the video, however, it is possible to see that the motorcycle is hit by the car, not the other way around.The motorcycle was seized and the scene was examined by forensic experts. The case was registered at the 7th Police District of Guarulhos as disobedience and collision.
