A surveillance camera captured the moment in which a man was killed with a shot to the head, during an incident that occurred early Sunday morning in the Vista Al Valle sector of this city.

The video shows a man believed to be Eddy González Cáceres fatally shooting a man who could be Antonio Concepción García, known as "Camisama," during an altercation at a local grocery store.

The footage shows Concepción disarming González by taking a shotgun from him, prompting González to pull out a pistol and fire three shots. The last shot results in Concepción's death.

Gonzalez said he will turn himself in to authorities in the next few hours. He said he was at home when he received a call informing him that his son, identified only as "Wilo," was being cornered.
