In Germany, a completely naked man shocked pedestrians while walking through a station. Many, instead of helping, took out their cell phones and began filming and laughing at the situation.

But the laughter was short-lived. The man threw himself under the train cars and was torn to pieces, leaving only fragments of his body scattered across the tracks.
