Shocking images began to circulate in Tabasco on Friday, November 1, as the exact moment in which a cyclist was run over by a motorist on Adolfo Ruiz Cortines Avenue in the city of Villahermosa was revealed through social media .

Specifically, the traffic accident occurred near the Plaza de Toros, within the Atasta Sierra neighborhood , in the side lanes of the Boulevard, where the driver suddenly lost control of his car and radically changed lanes in the direction of the cyclist, who was traveling in the opposite direction.

Just outside a mechanic's shop, the car rammed the cyclist, first pinning him against a post and then against a parked vehicle. The victim was finally left lying on the asphalt, completely unconscious and with very serious injuries. All this, while the car only stopped when it crashed into the frame of a van.
