A trans woman, Deuzimar, better known as 'Buiu', was run over by two vehicles when they attempted to run across a road along with a friend.

Buiu was injured, but still alive, after being run over by the first vehicle, and their friend was preparing to call paramedics when a second vehicle ran over Buiu, causing death at the scene.
