A crazy story happened in the regional center. A South Sakhalin resident spoke about the “peculiar” methods of communication between a nurse and a disabled woman. The news immediately spread across regional groups and chats, reports SakhalinMedia news agency.

A Sakhalin resident hired a nurse from the Rodnye Lyudi home care service for his 68-year-old mother, a Group I disabled person. According to the man, the hired woman asked to live in the apartment with the pensioner, since there were some problems in the house itself. The nurse was warned that the house was under 24-hour video surveillance. The woman was satisfied with everything, and she moved in.

The man said that he periodically looked at the recordings from the cameras - then the nurse behaved more or less normally. But then, as it turned out, she repeatedly raised her voice at the disabled woman, drove out the “unclean spirit” from her, forcefully holding her on the bed and praying.

The Sakhalin resident, in his words, explained to the nurse that this was not the right way to behave, and also contacted the home care service about replacing the employee. There were no candidates for a replacement there.

“I again saw how a strong woman did not even allow my mother to walk around the room, threw her onto the bed, grabbed her by the arms, pressed her into the mattress and screamed,” the man said.

The family filed a police report. The Investigative Committee also launched an investigation into the incident.
