A man kills his neighbor with more than 10 shots by turning off a water supply faucet in the Río Palma condominium in Guachipelín de Escazú (San José, Costa Rica).

The fight began when the perpetrator's wife started an argument with the victim's wife by accusing her of having turned off the manor faucet that supplies water to her house.
