Have you heard the phrase that bad times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak men create bad times? Well, I think that in general we are governed by weak and mediocre men, who only care about filling their pockets as much as they can before the position expires, and whoever comes after them will fix things up.

This is reflected in the job insecurity, the lack of resources and the increase in violence. Enough already with so much crime.
