A North Carolina man was arrested earlier this week after a police officer, who was driving in front of him at the time, saw something odd being dragged behind the suspect’s car through his rearview mirror. Dashcam video shows the Swansboro cop pulling to the side to allow the car to pass him. It wasn’t long before the suspect, who was dragging a large box tied to his open trunk, just pulled over in defeat. The box turned out to be a safe that was stolen earlier that morning from a local pharmacy. The man was later identified as 22-year-old Ryan Mullins.
