The New Orleans Police Department is searching for a man who robbed a Subway with a machete Wednesday afternoon.

According to police, the incident happened around 12:22 p.m. at the Subway on North Carrollton Avenue.

The man entered the store holding a machete and demanded an employee put money in a black plastic bag.

The employee refused, and the man is seen on video grabbing the cash register drawer and keyboard and then running away from the store.
