A serious accident was recorded on Tuesday afternoon (6) on BR-230 (Transamazônica) in Marabá in southeastern Pará. A semi-trailer ran over and ran over a person on the stretch between Hemopa and the Health Department, in the Cidade Nova area.

Preliminary information gathered at the scene by the report indicates that two workers were on a motorcycle heading from Cidade Nova to Nova Marabá, when the motorcycle hit a pickup truck, which caused the driver to lose his balance and fall onto the road.
