Some guys have an argument with some other guys roadside, dump a guy off a bridge then go back and shoot one of the previous guys before driving off.

I recall the guy that got thrown off the bridge lived but there was two dead bodies by the road with bullets in them. Something about dirty cops. I'll be honest, the video isn't helping my memory much.
