6.8.2023, Tehran, IRAN: During a court-ordered demolition (it was an illegal and substandard construction), an incorrect procedure led to the collapse of five surrounding buildings as well (they were allegedly built completely without foundations, so they were also supposed to be demolished). At least 6 people died, including two police officers, and 11 others were injured, among them two police officers and two municipal officials.
