A Senegalese Minister was beaten up in France by another Senegalese individual who is living in France. It was because of poor governance and bad policies that are being passed back home in Senegal while the minister is seen having a great time away from home. It was not good for that individual to take that law into his own hands, but through his reaction, it seems like he was aware that he had done something wrong by not fighting back. Other people were looking at them without having to help, and it would be interesting to see what would happen from that moment on.
