Recently, Internet users made viral the recording of a video surveillance camera where an organized group called “Ángeles Justicieros” captured two criminals in the La Terminal market, zone 4 of the Capital.

The “Ángeles Justicieros” are the security paid by the local merchants whose job is to kill criminals; however, there are divided opinions on their powers, as some consider that they overstep their boundaries and intimidate the locals and others say that they have put order in La Terminal.

The police report on that occasion describes that the lifeless bodies of two people were found who died as a result of two gunshot wounds to the skull and chest.
