A motorist hit six people according to the Bordeaux prosecutor's office, this Friday, April 14, around 11 p.m. in Bordeaux, during a wild race, "a run". Two 18-year-olds are seriously injured, according to firefighters. It is a man and a woman, hit in the leg and hip. They were transported to CHU Pellegrin for the man and to the Saint-André hospital for the woman.

The facts took place rue du professor Darget in Bordeaux. The car came at full speed, into a bend. The driver completely lost control and swept away the crowd of spectators who had come to watch the wild race.

Four people in custody

According to information from Franceinfo confirmed by France Bleu Gironde, the driver of the vehicle and his three passengers were arrested at Bassens. Several witnesses of the scene had blocked their way. The four individuals are still in custody this Saturday morning. The driver was doing a run, a kind of wild car race and allegedly lost control of his vehicle. The impressive video of the facts, below, has been shared widely on social media.
