Some nameless old man, probably in his 60s, decided to undress himself in a room that looks like a garage and stab himself with a battle knife that looks like some version of Ka-Bar USMC. This specific knife has flat butt so its perfect to put it straight. The man does it and positions himself over it on elbows, aiming the tip of the knife at the lower end of his sternum. Lowering himself, he experiences a skin puncture followed by penetration of his muscle layer, diaphragm and possibly major blood vessels, lungs and even heart. After falling to the ground completely, the man starts what I call the "wet screaming", which indicates that the knife didn't go straight through his body, but rather tilted and went into his thoracic cavity, which caused blood entering his lungs or lower respiratory tract. His lack of breath (and therefore death) followed soon. Considering the circumstances, the room seems bright enough for the man to cast shadows on the floor, yet the camera seems like is recording in night mode. On top of that, the whole scene, despite being somewhat complete and capturing the whome incident, feels cut for the purpose of compressing the content to managable size. Obviously, he had to turn on the camera, place it and go to his "starting place", all of that in one take. So, the original video was probably longer.
