An explosion that occurred this morning at the Casablanca tollbooth, located on the Zipaquirá-Ubaté road, near the municipality of Cogua (Cundinamarca) , caused a tractor-trailer and several vehicles to catch fire, leaving people injured, according to the emergency bulletin issued on April 1, 2026 by the Departmental Fire Department.

According to preliminary information, the road accident occurred at kilometer 40, where a tractor-trailer collided with at least eight vehicles, resulting in a loud explosion that caused panic among drivers and forced the urgent evacuation of trapped people.
