On the afternoon of Sunday, April 28 , a man, in an alleged state of intoxication, jumped from the Bicentenario Bridge, falling on Cuauhtémoc Avenue, at the point known as Las Anclas, an area of ​​public transport stops that go towards the center and the outskirts of the municipality.
